  We entrusted our loving Father, Willie Keely to this company today. The service was outdated..the staff was incompetent, unprofessional and most of all unsensitive to the family needs and wishes..the santuary was set up ackwardly with our fathers body at the end of the center aisle for viewing..with a large outdoor green extension cord going across one side of the aisle to the other from the top of the casket for an overhead light in the casket..it was very tacky looking..not to mention three people tripped over it during viewing..all the flowers had to be moved during the service as they shifted the casket from the center aisle to the front of the church while all the guest sat there to watch this adjustment..water and dirt was spilled from the plants and some plants and arrangements were tipped over during all this moving around...The lack of respect to the family in honoring the sons wishes to have his fathers casket already set up in the front of the church instead of in the aisle ..they later moved the casket to the front of the church in front of all the guest during the service.. while tipping over flowers and arrangements, it was an eyesore...not to mention the Church needs to look at who would've been liable had someone actually tripped on the extension cord and hit the floor..luckly they only stumbled and caught their balance..after the body was moved they refused to allow a last glimps by one of the deceased family members.. The persons arm was grabbed by the staff and told to move away from the casket in a harsh threating tone....we were told easel stands would be available to desplay the loved ones picture and they never arrived..the church had to find us one of theirs...The staff didn't assist with the family lineup prior to entering the church, people were confused..The owners do not seem to be physically or mentally capable of running this service at a standard that is comparing to what they charged...we strongly would not recommend this establishment to anyone..If services had not been prepaid another Funeral Home would've been choosen.

  Worst place to stop on 75. Avoid coffee at all costs, not only it will be completely watered down but it will also give you cramps. Unfriendly and disgusting staff who knows nothing about customer service or quality. Charges premium for old, stale and expired beverages. Does not give any refunds. The place is literally a dungeon and needs to be demolished.

  Jack Carter was a public defender who defended Alfonso Lopez in the Supreme Court (1994). He defended Lopez form the Gun Free School Zones Act. He helped the supreme court deem the law unconstitutional. GOOD JOB!

  Filthy. No excuse and yet the gentleman behind the counter Said they don’t have time to clean and it’s not his job to do it. And if we want a clean bathroom to stop at a rest area. No excuses. I told him if he gave me three minutes with a bottle of spray cleaner the bathroom or be 100% better. Then he said he cleans it every day. My response was, then you need a cleaning lesson.
